The Eyebrow Pencil is a great way to add definition to existing brows and create a base for powder shadows to stick to. Try Panama for blonde brows paired with Blondie Eyeshadow applied with the Brow Brush. Jodhpur is for ideal for light brown to auburn brows paired with Blondie or Bali Eyeshadows. Make sure the pencil is sharpened. Warm up the pencil on the black of your hand so the color will glide on. Start at the bottom of the brow and, with short strokes, follow the hair of the brow. –Shayna Shapiro, Lead Trainer
