You can give the lips a fuller shape with lip liner, but make sure to blend so there is no obvious line around the lip.
Lipliner is important because it helps keeps color on and gives dimension to the lips. Before applying color, I usually fill in the entire lip and then apply a dusting of Loose Powder to diffuse the harshness of the line. –James Boehmer, Director of Global Artistry
