Returns: NARS Satisfaction Guarantee

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable. To initiate a return, kindly email us at order@narscosmetics.com, including your order number and we will send you instructions to receive your personalized, pre-paid Return Shipping label. If preferred, you may call 1-888-788-NARS (9AM and 5PM EST, business days).

Once you receive your pre-paid FedEx Return Shipping Label, securely wrap the return package and send it via FedEx using this label. Be sure to complete the Return Form which was included with your order, and send it with your return to ensure prompt credit. Processing time for returns takes up to 10 business days from the time the return is received.

Please note that only products purchased from www.narscosmetics.com will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges at this time. Electronic gift certificates are not refundable.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the states of California (8.25%), Maryland (5%), Michigan (6%), New Jersey (6%), New York (8.625%), Pennsylvania (6%), Texas (8.25%), and Washington (8.9%).

Order processing time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may ship the following business day. Likewise, orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.

When possible, orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 12 Noon EST, although we try to extend this cut-off time whenever possible.

Wish list

You can create your personal wish list once you have registered with narscosmetics.com. When you are shopping and find items you'd like to save for a future purchase, just add them to your wish list. Because you are registered, your wish list saves these items even if you log off the site, making it easy to locate and purchase your favorite products in the future. Products placed in your wish list will remain there until they are purchased or removed.

You can also email your wish list to friends and families. Just click on "Send Wish List to a Friend" at the right of your Wish List page.

Gift certificates

Purchasing Electronic Gift Certificates
To purchase an Electronic Gift Certificate, see our Gift Certificates section. Select the quantity of the preferred dollar amount of the e-gift certificate. You can purchase up to 4 of the same denomination. During the Checkout process, in the Shipping Address section you will be prompted to enter the email address of the recipient. You will also be able to enter a personal gift message.

Redeeming e-Gift Certificates
In the Payment section of the Checkout process, you will be prompted to enter the Gift Certificate number you received via email. If your order is greater than the amount of the e-Gift Certificate, you will be prompted to use a credit card for the remaining amount on the next screen. If your e-Gift Certificate amount is greater than the amount of items ordered, the remainder will be credited to your account.

Professional Makeup Artist Programs

NARS offers two separate artist programs for industry professionals:

Professional Percentage Program
NARS offers a discount on its cosmetic products to industry professionals meeting the necessary criteria. Please note all applications are subject to approval.

Professional Editorial Credit Program
The NARS Editorial Credit Program provides artists with the opportunity to receive product in exchange for editorial credit according the specified guidelines. Please note all applications are subject to approval.
