THIS RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY VALID IN THE UNITED STATES and VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES.
The contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on February 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 15, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by the NARS Cosmetics Division of Shiseido Americas Corporation, located at 390 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10017 (hereafter “Sponsor” or “NARS”).
ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited and all federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of NARS, its subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, affiliates and its agents, advertising, promotion and production agencies and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible.
Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the Sweepstakes could result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent or result of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person.
PRIZES
Sweepstakes Prize: One randomly selected Winner will receive a one year supply of NARS full-size Radiant Creamy Concealer products which equates to (9) products totaling a value of $288 USD.
All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes recipients. No substitutions or other alternative is available, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize item become unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must submit their name, email address, mobile phone number in the form fields on the Sweepstakes landing page on NARSCosmetics.com and agree to NARS terms and conditions as follows: NARS Cosmetics may collect my personal information – including contact information, payment, demographic or behavioral characteristics, technical computer, website usage and social network information, or other categories permitted by our Privacy Policy – for the purposes of order fulfillment, marketing communications, account maintenance, website personalization & improvement, or other purposes permitted by NARS’s Privacy Policy at https://www.narscosmetics.com/USA/privacy.html. By visiting NARSCosmetics.com and by submitting my information, I agree with the Privacy Policy and the website’s Terms & Conditions.
By completing these actions, each participant will be entered for the chance to win one (1) Sweepstakes Prize. You may submit only a single entry. The Winner we be randomly chosen.
Entries not in compliance with these official rules may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One participant will be selected as the Winner by NARS based on a random selection by April 1, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding and are not subject to mediation or litigation of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to verify that the potential winners are eligible and qualified to receive a prize and may revoke any prize awarded or designated to a person found ineligible.
Attempts to notify a potential prize recipients will be made by the Sponsor via the email address used to enter. The potential prize recipients must then reply to Sponsor through email. The prize recipients will be required to contact Sponsor via the email address (customerservice@narscosmetics.com) within 7 days of attempted notification. The potential prize recipients may be required to demonstrate control of the email address. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize notification or prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize recipients may be contacted.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change in email, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. The prizes will be shipped to the Winner’s address within approximately 4-6 weeks of receipt of a mailing address.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of entries received. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. All decisions of Sponsor are final.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor will not be responsible or liable late, incomplete, or inaccurate submissions or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including without limitation, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware or software. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation of any Sweepstakes, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. The prize will be awarded “as is” and may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.
GENERAL RELEASE
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating partners, advertising or promotions agencies, employees, officers, agents, directors and the immediate family and household members of the above, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injury or death, damage to, loss or destruction of property or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). Each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and agrees that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New York City, New York for the resolution of any and all disputes arising out of entrants participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree that nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between entrant and Sponsor. In no way is entrant to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of Sponsor in any respect.
WINNER PUBLICITY
NARS Cosmetics may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, likeness and location (city/state) of the Winner, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on the website or for public relations use in other media, and by accepting a prize, the Winner expressly authorizes NARS Cosmetics to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display his or her name, likeness and location in connection with the promotion of this or any other contest sponsored by NARS Cosmetics, or in connection with the promotion of NARS Cosmetics, except where such requirement is prohibited by law.
