Holiday Shipping Schedule

Want to make sure your order arrives in time for the holidays? Please note our shipping recommendations and offers outlined below. All orders should be placed before 12pm EST on the respective date to receive by Tuesday, December 24th.*

Monday, December 16th Standard SmartPost Shipping 3 – 7 days* Complimentary shipping for all orders above $35. $4.95 for orders below $35.
Friday, December 20th FedEx Two-Day Shipping 2 days $14.95

When will my order ship?

NARS orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm EST should ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST may ship the following business day.

Orders placed on holidays, weekends, and non-business days will be processed on the next business day. NARS orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received before 12pm EST. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only. cannot ship to PO boxes at this time, with the exception of Military boxes.

How can I add a gift box to my order?

You may send your order in a black soft-touch gift box with the signature logo for a $6.00 charge.

To gift-box your order, simply choose your shipping method with the gift wrap option. Please note that candles and books cannot be gift wrapped due to the fragility of the product. You may also choose to send a gift message of up to 255 characters. You will be prompted to enter this message during the checkout process. Please note, messages must be written using the English Alphabet and we are unable to process Emoticons.

Do you sell gift cards or e-gift cards?

Sadly, we do not offer gift cards or e-gift cards on at this time.
